Ecommerce Website Development for Vaportek

Vaportek developed a dry vapor essential oil technology that removes extremely harsh odors. They’ve been around since 1979, mainly selling their industrial odor removal systems wholesale and to the healthcare industry, disaster recovery, bio recovery, funeral and mortuary services. But with an outdated website that didn’t have ecommerce capabilities, they were missing out on a huge opportunity to sell direct and widen their customer base.

They came to us looking for a comprehensive solution that would work for the Vaportek brand as well as their sister brands that utilized the same dry vapor technology.  We started with the Vaportek site, creating a more modern layout for the site with a streamlined navigation. We created a clean and airy feel to the website by using white, grey and a minty green. We broke the complex copy up into small, digestible nuggets focusing on the benefits and adding icons and images to create interest. 

For the ecommerce side of things, we created a secure wholesale login as well as regular retail check out for a seamless user experience. We built it using the WooCommerce plugin for WordPress. It allowed us to build the perfect ecommerce site for their industrial products, providing a smooth flow from browsing to checkout that was hassle-free, mobile responsive and offers a variety of secure and convenient payment methods including both Apple Pay and Google Pay.
