Church Website Design for St. John’s

An attractive, clear and engaging website can help any business or organization communicate and attract new visitors and that’s exactly what St. John’s Lutheran ELCA of Brookfield, Wisconsin was looking for when they came to us looking for a new church website.

They wanted a straightforward web design that would give their regular attendees an online space where they could find out information about services, events and communicate with the church and other members. But they also wanted to use the website as a way to grow their community and reach out to new church goers.

The most challenging part of this website design and development project was organizing all the information into a user-friendly experience, so that no matter what information a visitor was seeking, they’d be able to find it in just a few clicks. The navigation structure was extremely important. In addition to a typical top and bottom navigation, we utilized quick links and call outs throughout the page design.

In today’s technology-driven age, it was also important that the website be mobile-friendly, search engine optimized and provide an option for online worship. They wanted a modern, welcoming look and feel as well as lots of Calls to Action, that would provide easy ways for visitors to give online, join the congregation, subscribe to newsletters, find out about school offerings and more.
