Website & Microsite Design for Regency Senior Communities

ProHealth Regency Senior Communities runs three vibrant retirement communities in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, only their previous website was not exactly vibrant. It has a corporate business feel, outdated information that was difficult to update and didn’t showcase their properties or their offerings. They knew if they wanted to attract new residents they needed a new website.

Unsure of where to start, they turned to Matt Gerber Designs. We helped them prioritize their content, clean up their navigation and update the look and feel of their website with a new layout. We lightened and brightened the entire website and added a vibrant orange, light blue and bright green for accent colors, giving it a livelier, younger feel. We gave their care services prominent placement on the homepage, created enticing call to actions to help them capture more leads and utilized more photos of their residents to break up the content and add interest.

Additionally, we created microsites for each of their properties. This allowed for better local search optimization as well as a deeper dive into each location’s distinct offerings and events. Each microsite captured the unique personality of the individual community, while still branding them together under the Regency brand.

You can check out their newly designed website here: https://www.regencyseniorcommunities.com/ and an example of one of the microsites here: https://www.regencyseniorcommunities.com/brookfield/.  If you would like to learn more about our website and microsite design and development services, give us a call at our Wisconsin office today or contact us online.
