E-Commerce Website Design for Poly Kayak Rack

Poly Kayak Rack is another company of Hitch Exclusives, a long-time client of ours. Over the years, we’ve worked on several of their e-commerce websites, and we were thrilled with the opportunity to design this one for a new product of theirs. 

We wanted this new e-commerce website to stand out from their other sites while still looking like one of their websites. They have a lot of brand equity and we wanted to make sure and cash in on it with their new product line. The website design follows the same basic structure with a few minor updates and improvements for a sleeker, more polished look. We also focused heavily on the environmental benefits of the new kayak rack and emphasized it in the design by giving the site a cleaner and brighter feel. 

Once again, we used WooCommerce, WordPress’s e-commerce platform for their website. It is extremely easy to use and manage, and since the client is already familiar with the ins and outs of WooCommerce, it was kind of a no-brainer. WooCommerce also makes it easy to accept a variety of payment options including popular, secure shopping options like Amazon and Apple Pay. Finally, we peppered shop now buttons and call to actions throughout the website to help capture as many leads and sales as possible.
