eCommerce Website Design for Lichen Labs

This new website design for Minnesota-based Lichen Labs was another in a long list of exciting and different projects that we’ve had the pleasure of working on over the years. Sue Okerstrom, president and lead biomimicry and microscopy researcher at Lichen Labs, hired the experienced eCommerce developers at Matt Gerber Designs to build a new online presence for her company.

There were two basic goals Lichen Labs wanted to accomplish with this new website. The first was to provide marketing information about her company and brand. The second was to sell her images online.

Our developers went to work to find a solution to meet all of her web needs. We ended up creating an all-new responsive eCommerce website that seamlessly blends the marketing information for her brand with an all-new image store. The online store we were able to integrate into the site is not unlike what you would expect from a typical stock photography website. It offers multiple license options as well as a clean, simple user-experience. Exactly what Sue was hoping for when she came to our Wisconsin website design company.
