Unique Website Design for HF Hospitality
HF Hospitality is a relatively new company that preserves and restores historical buildings for hospitality purposes. Having successfully completed a few high-profile historical buildings in Wisconsin’s Lake Country and Milwaukee areas, they were ready to expand their business and exposure with a website.
When we met with Jay Franke and David Herro, we knew this was going to an extremely unique website. We have experience designing developing custom websites for remodeling companies and contractors as well as our local historical center we could draw from, but the challenge here was balancing the old with the new. Lucky, it’s also one of the biggest challenges HF Hospitality faces with their renovations, so they were able to provide us with helpful insights on how to do that in a meaningful way that we were able to execute perfectly to their custom website design.
We used black, white and shades of grey for a formal and classic color palette that truly let the pictures tell the story. We used a clean sans serif font for headings, but a classic serif for the content for a traditional feel. White space and subtle backgrounds added to the clean crispness of the design and bold, black buttons were used to draw visitors further into the site.
You can see the completed site here at: hfhospitality.net. If you have a unique business that needs a unique website to match, give us a call at (414) 232-7862. We never rely on generic WordPress templates. Every website we create is custom designed from the ground up to be as unique as the company we are building it for.
