Booking Website Development for Heartwood Healing Collective

Heartwood Healing Collective is an inner health wellness and spa in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. They offer a variety of body work services and workshops but discovered that the majority of their clients wanted to book online rather than with a traditional phone call. They came to Matt Gerber Designs looking for an online appointment booking website that would work for their small business. 

We developed a custom WordPress website for them that would allow them to not only capture appointments though online booking but also work as a marketing tool to sell their services and attract new clients. We focused our efforts on creating a website that would attract visitors, capture new leads and allow existing clients to easily book appointments.

We went with a classic, clean design with large images of people to create a personable yet professional feel. We pulled colors from their logo and used it as inspiration for the header image and to draw the eye to the calls to action. In addition to the online booking, we added an additional contact form on the home page that would allow potential clients to ask about other services as well as inquire about booking to help capture even more leads. Finally, we had our team search engine optimize the site to help the healing collective rank better for key terms to increase expose and attract new clients.
