Website Redesign for Champion Appliance Care

Champion Appliance Care is a local appliance repair company serving Madison, North Madison and Middleton, WI for the last 30 years. They have an excellent reputation and thousands of satisfied customers, but their outdated website wasn’t pulling its weight.

The website’s look and feel no longer matched the level of service they provided. It wasn’t performing or converting as well as it could. It was time for a redesign and that’s when they came to Matt Gerber Designs.

When doing a website redesign, we go through a detailed process of revamping the entire website. That includes examining everything from the design and content to the navigation and layout to the technical aspects to the site’s performance and rate of conversion. We see what is and isn’t working and make the necessary changes to bring the site up to date.

For Champion Appliance care that meant a clean, fresh design with a simplified navigation that removed duplicate pages that were complicating the user experience. In order to improve conversion rates and quality of leads, we added qualifiers to the contact form to eliminate zip codes and brands that they weren’t currently serving. The resulting redesign wasn’t only a website that looked great, but one that truly worked for them. You can see the finished site here: https://championappliancecare.com/ and if you are interested in a website redesign for your business, give our Wisconsin office a call at (414) 232-7862. We’d be happy to go through the elements of your website and see how a redesign could help you capture more quality leads.
