UX Website for G&G Plumbing

G&G Plumbing is a small, family-owned Lake Country plumbing company, founded by Ryan Tebo. He’d been in business for 10 years, and up until working with us never had a website. Ryan built a very successful business on skill and word of mouth, so it was important to him that their website capture that genuine neighborly trust.

Since we were starting from scratch, we began with a few in-depth talks with the owner. From those conversations, we learned about his vision and goals and were able to capture them in the website content. We focused on their expertise, comprehensive services and customer guarantees and carried these themes into the design, opting for one that was clean, simple and user-friendly. 

Emphasizing a UX design, we created a dedicated page for residential and commercial services. That allowed us to cover the two market segments more thoroughly and it also gave additional opportunities for search engine optimization (SEO). We included a photo gallery to showcase their capabilities that is also sortable by commercial and residential projects, as well as an FAQ page filled with plumbing tips and troubleshooting advice. Their phone number and calls to action were prominently placed throughout the webpages to help capture more leads.
