Custom Website for Beyond College Consulting

Robin Gullborg is an independent college consultant located in southeastern Wisconsin. She had just launched her business and had begun helping students navigate the college admissions process. She wanted to take her budding business further, to help more kids. So, she reached out to Matt Gerber Designs.

We have extensive experience building custom websites for life coaches and consultants and pulled on that experience. We worked closely with Robin to develop an education consultant website that would reflect the new brand she was building and deliver real results. Our team began by designing her logo and writing the taglines that would represent her new business and brand. 

Robin wanted her website and branding to focus on the personalized level of service she was offering. It was what set her apart from the competition, her unique selling point. We made that the focus of the copy as well as visually represented it in the design. We worked her name as well as a small bird into the logo. We featured a photo of her as well as a small bio on the homepage. We used muted, comforting colors to set a warm and caring tone for the website. 

To help convert visitors and get Robin more leads, we focused on her results. The content focused on the outcomes for students, what she could do for them, and we dedicated an entire page to testimonials from past clients.
